Horne Lake Regional Park Campground is a campground or RV park located in Courtenay.

This 105-hectare park and campground is nestled below the spectacular cliffs of Mount Mark. Camp in the forest beside the lake, rent a canoe or stand-up paddleboard, have a picnic, drop a fishing line or try out the range of programmed recreation activities on offer.
